Little Chalet Daylesford

Beautiful secluded chalet surrounded by flora and birds. Beds were amazing. We appreciated the assistance needed to successfully open the door after we were unable to with the instructions provided. More about how tired we were and didn’t realise to turn both door handles ☺️

Good size. Clean. Garage. Walking distance to town

No where to hang towels and toilet roll in ground floor bathroom. Not all the ceiling lights worked in ground floor bedroom. Couldn’t open upstairs sliding door.

It was a cute little chalet, we had a great time as a family, and it was warm and cosy with little reading nooks and comfy armchairs. Love the beautiful magnolia tree standing outside the front window. The bed and pillows were excellent. We appreciated having two bathrooms one for each bedroom. It was set back from the main street so it was quiet enough, but reasonably well located in the town.

The bathroom downstairs would benefit from having a few hooks or a towel rack installed, and it would be nice to have a clothes rack in the bedroom downstairs. The kitchen bin could also be slightly bigger in size. Note that the staircase to the upstairs bedroom was a little steep so be careful if you have mobility issues.

It was very peaceful and relaxing.

The downstairs bathroom wasn't finished off. There weren't any benches for toiletries.

no cloth for cleaning spills, no broom.

Absolutely stunning property, like something out of a fairytale. Everything was clean and easy to access. A super cozy spot with everything we needed, and instructions from hosts were very clear.

There is nothing to fault with this property, I am completely satisfied with my stay.

Bed was comfy and it was spacious

no TV remote. no towel rail or toilet roll holder or bench to put anything on in the downstairs bathroom.
