"Not happy with cleanliness of the property"

The view from the chalet and sun room with dining table were really nice

There were lot of insects in the house that made us feel uncomfortable but the worst of it was there was a slug near the kitchen area which was disgusting

The place is amazing, the chalet was super clean when the owners changed the cleaning company. The location is super amazing as it has amazing view on the mountains and lake

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy chalet with a breathtaking view of Lake Thun. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing — perfect for a family getaway or a quiet retreat. The house was very clean and well-maintained, with no dust at all, which we really appreciated. It offered everything we needed: a spacious living room for evenings together, three comfortable bedrooms with soft mattresses and pillows, a fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful terrace with a large dining table and a grill — ideal for enjoying meals outdoors. We especially loved waking up to the lake view and spending time on the terrace. It felt like a true home away from home. We’re very grateful for such a pleasant experience and would love to come back in the future. Thank you for everything!

Location and the size of the chalet. Pretty clean bedrooms not a bad size and showers are good

There was some rubbish in planters , outside a bit messy , no rubbish bin or bags , as we were cooking. No welcome pack or notes.

Very Spacious.good view.very pleasant stay....

I think if the city tax is charged at the time of booking that will make things easier......and it is 10 min drive from the city center.and in address house number was confusing we later found the house with the name of House.

It was very large and spacious for our group of six. The view from the chalet is beautiful.

The house didn’t seem to be cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. We found random toy pieces and trash throughout the house.
