The view from the terrace & spacious rooms

The trip toward the chalet was hard up in the mountains

The view

Wifi poor connection,the tv doesnt work, spiders nest in one of the rooms and all over the house,oven doesnt work,no instructions for the garbage.

Like most people already said, the view from the chalet is absolutely amazing (towards Thunersee/Thun lake and the tall mountains and glacier nearby, such as Jungfrau). It is quite spacious, easily fitting 6 people. Plenty of room to park right in front of it (the driveway is a bit steep but no big deal for a decent driver, and there is a big parking lot right before it in case you are afraid to go up the driveway, but really no reason to be nervous). There is both an outdoor and an indoor terrace, both offering those wonderful views and perfect for breakfast/dining or just hanging out and soaking up the view. At night you also have a great view of the stars and Milky Way when it gets dark, because there is barely any light pollution and the mountains help too (we even saw a couple of shooting stars).

Like other people said, the chalet is dated, probably built and furnished in the 90s, so some might not like that, but to be honest I thought it added to the charm and the magnificent views more than make up for it, so we were really glad to stay there and were able to ignore any short coming. You just can't beat that view without paying much more.

Spacious and amazing view of the whole lake. Very quiet spot where you could enjoy an early morning coffee on the balcony outside and soak in the view.

Old furniture and kitchen equipment. The oven was broken and it stopped after 15 minutes while we were trying to cook some chicken and fries. The leather couch in the living room was very uncomfortable - soft, leaning towards the back, and difficult to stand up from it once seated.

the place was up in hill from interlaken town, but just in 10min can reach. Nice view

View is great. Good for family to stay together. Clean and Comfortable.

Hair Dryer is not usable and no feedback from owner when requested to change for a new one. You must be an experienced driver to drive up and down hills.
