Chalet Fernblick - Panoramic view

Amazing location, plenty of space in the chalet, parking, and outside space with amazing views.

Could have been cleaner, the couch was absolutely awful, communication was lacking - we never got a code for the key box and have to call, and messages sent to the property were not answered in preparation of the trip.

Perfect view with lake and snow mountain,I enjoy to sit at the balcony.

Only one conversion plug in the house.

WiFi didn’t work in basement. Outdated interior. People before us left cigarette trash on deck. Colder in lower level & heater stopped working. Moved some spiders outside from lower level.

The view is amazing! The kitchen and bathrooms were just fine. The beds are fairly comfortable.

The couch is terrible and so uncomfortable and the front door was hard to lock and unlock.

Great stay, i will lost all details. Location and view are amazing, the facilities are really good you have Most of the things you need and it is cozy house. Many positive things to list but the negatives are important so people know what to expect. You have everything one needs from utensils to pans, the oven is new, dish washer there is actually a grill outside small but does the job, the fire place is amazing warms up the entire house with maybe 4 pieces of wood (one has to know how to use it) The enclosed terrace is perfect to sit outside at night with hoodies and is a nice vibe. Room downstairs has another bathroom and also gets natural light, has a portable heater which plugs in and makes up for the cold Beds are comfortable as well with fresh covers and towels for each guest. House was very clean and well kept.

I will list the bad points here: - couch inside needs to be replaced, it is worn out and extremely uncomfortable aside from one corner, we sat at the round table instead. They have cushions so one doesn’t sink so far into the seat but still very uncomfortable. - hair dryers did not work - lighting is very dim, because the main light switch did not work - there is some kind of room above us, hence you are not fully sure if you are alone or not, and one can’t have his privacy especially in the living room wondering if someone would listen in. - Room downstairs was a bit cold, but there is a portable heater which makes up, so not a negative point. - owners never replied to our questions through the application but there was a grill and the self check in made it good

Only location , the house and service was very bad.

Do not go near there!!! The owner did not answer the booking messages or phone calls, e-mails and messages every morning of the arrival, The entrance to the house was complicated. The house was simply filthy in every corner, don't go near it!!!! Ruined my vacation!!!!I had to put a clean blanket on the couch in the living room so I could sit on it, everything was sticky and disgusting. Until I was able to reach the owner of the house after 14 hours of attempts, he answered the phone shocked and shouted saying that no one has ever complained like me and that he is the manager of 17 holiday apartments and he doesn't understand what the commotion is about, he promised to come the next morning with his cleaning crew - but he didn't Came, didn't call and never heard from him again. It was important to him to make sure I didn't take pictures of the dirt. As soon as he was satisfied that I had no documentation, he disappeared and never came. Terrible and horrible not to go near there.

Amazing view of the mountain and lake. Well equipped apartment.

Dish washer and fridge may need a little maintenance.
