Nicely located and clean

Electricity cuts off and requires card top up. Not well communicated earlier! Failed to access WiFi signals during last two days of stay.

The location is good, bear a lot of great attraction, beautiful scenery for walks etc

It was cold and damp. A number of facilities listed are not there. There is no coffee machine, tumble dryer ( there is a laundrette on site). The pool was closed, the property is not particularly well thought out for example there are no side lamps, bedroom lamps, bathroom mirror.

On choosing the property, I ticked wheelchair accessible. I received a confirmation that it didn't have a ramp, however, there was a step. I thought it would be OK. The step was rather steep and a struggle for me. The lodge in general was lovely and comfy. We both slept very well. The issue started with booking.com and the supply for wheelchair accessible lodge wasn't very good. It was lovely though

No way suitable for wheelchair. Reception wasn't open when we arrived at 3.45pm. Shop closed and we didn't see it open at all. The swimming pool was disgusting. Good job we didn't want to go in. Bar was fine and food was OK. The site wasn't at all friendly which I would have expected. It really felt like the bare minimum was just scraping them through.

Every thing is good except teabag not there & WiFi ..

It's the electricity was the problem , we need to use credit to charge for the electricity which was not mention in the booking .com app
