Cozy Snowdonia Chalet

Great property although only stayed for one night as came to the area to climb Snowdon. Ideal location.

Mould in bunkbed room on the walls. Not an issue to us as only staying one night but other people might be funny about it particularly with kids.

Location was spot on. Only good thing about this property. First you have to by you own electricity on paypoint card lol.

Cables hanging out from TV Blinds are dirty and some missing, not enaf to cover all window. Sofa was so filthy there was some sex staff left from previous stays. Mattress was poor, would be more conformable on the floor.

Value for money

Mostly it was clean, but it was Autumn and leaves were getting in the chalet, there was brush to clean up leaves, in fact there was no cleaning stuff at all, there was a few dirty dishes and pan when we arrived, there was no mirror in bathroom, the window in bathroom was broke, at the back of chalet there was a wooden board for a path, but the heavy rain made it noisy,

It was very quiet and comfortable and close to lots of beautiful places.

On arrival no electricity, purchased two cards for meter, but meter just used £30 of electric in 10mins, reception was closed, we rang the housekeeper and was told some one would contact us, had a message from owners asking if we had a problem with electricity we replied yes and didn’t hear anything else. So had no electricity all night. No hot food/drinks. Went to reception in the morning and they got it sorted. Door handle on bathroom door needs attention and a lot of vertical blinds are missing from French doors!

It's cosy, peaceful, and clean. We wanted a chilled relaxing holiday, and this is what we got here. So thank you for a great stay

There were blinds missing along the main door and had no curtains for privacy to also keep heat in. Also, maybe add a welcome pack to explain the heating system, etc.

I asked for a Wheelchair friendly property, but it wasn’t Wheelchair friendly and I had such a bad time because there wasn’t an

Location was great for a few days walking in the mountains. Great amenities in the kitchen too and bathroom too.

The chalet was definitely damp, which made it a bit unpleasant at times.
