Heartland with Hot Tub

Relaxing in the tub. Relaxing atmosphere, clean and comfy inside. A good guide showing some local attractions. Lovely scenery around. Hosts were very helpful, friendly and answered the questions we asked. Highly recommended place to stay.

Too many rules. For example we were told we could use central heating but use the stove for the main heating. Inside was a laminated sheet saying use the wood for the stove but on the wall another sheet saying not to use the stove. This was confusing. We could not locate the central heating. Heating was not needed on this occasion but would be lovely to visit during winter with clarity on this. Felt as though we couldn't use the oven for a rule with the guard to protect the grill, so didn't feel comfortable doing the cooking at all. No curries were allowed to be made, a staple in our diets. Hidden dip on road approaching catches you out with no sign of warning. Kick out time was 9am creating pressure to leave.

Superb location, stunning views, peaceful and quiet. Outside bath and fire unique. Cosy log burner inside. Just perfect Will definitely be booking again 👌🫶

Problemy zaczely sie juz pierwszego wieczoru nie bylo ogrzewania i ciepłej wody, siedzielismy w domku w kurtkach,po kilku wysłanych wiadomosciach,próbak kontaktu z gospodarzem bylismy zmuszeni zadzwonic do niego co wywołało duze niezadowolenie żony i jej bardzo nie miłą reakcje na problem, nie adekwatną do danej stuacji.Płacąc £300 za dwie doby liczymy na jakis standard a nie zimno i brak mozliwosci kąpieli nie wspominajac ze na dworze bylo ok 3 stopni. Kolejnym fopa jest zostawanie kartki dla gosci z informacja ze jesli zużyją za duzo prądu beda musieli dopłacić, ci pastwo nie maja pojecia jak prowadzi sie taki rodzaj usług, gość czuje sie nie mile widziany dlatego polecam znaleźć inne miejsce oszczedzajac sobie niepotrzebnego stresu !!!

It was a brilliant stay! Near enough to some wee towns you could grab some food or go see the beach etc whilst also feeling like you’re in the middle of nowhere! We would definitely recommend!

Check out could’ve been a wee bit later it was quite early but maybe if we asked we could’ve gotten a later check out, hosts seemed very accommodating:)

Everything was perfect. Beautiful setting, spotlessly clean and the outdoor bath was a dream!
