Lovely Manager , Cabins were clean inside , beautiful views ❤️

The kitchen for the cabins to use was a bit old and there was no hot water in there .

The location is stunning The bar staff were friendly The bed was fairly comfortable The food at the bar was nice

The receptionist was very rude. It was a very cold wet day of walking on the west highland way and our pod wasn't ready an hour after check in. No apology, we were just told that its hard to clean the pods in the rain. My partner went to check on progress and the receptionist was very aggressive to him. When it was ready he handed us the key and refused to tell us where anything was. There were 3 beds crammed into the pod so there was barely room to move. The hotel group has clearly cut corners with staff numbers and facilities, leading to stressed staff and unhappy customers. There was an overflowing septic tank right next to the pods which smelled awful. The shower was cold The camp kitchen tap was falling off

Hotel restaurant has excellent food.

There was only one toilet and 2 showers serving all the cabin residents. More are needed.
