Came over from Ireland🇮🇪 to have a hiking trip the location was perfect the views at the place was amazing 😍 and the food was good had a lovely stay definitely recommend 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🙌

We booked accommodation for 4 adults (4 separate bunk beds visible at the picture while booking), received a tiny hut with 2 beds. The receptionist stated it is booking.com that has made a mistake and if booking does not resolve it, he is not willing to help us anyhow. Booking.com was not really helpful in this situation neither, despite the fact we've been literally standing at the reception, the support did not want to speak directly to the receptionist. The situation was ridiculous both from the staff's and Booking.com end. The last thing we expected after hiking all day WHW. The place itself was very basic, but we would not mind too much if we were not treated is such dismissive and rude way. Not recommended. Also good to know that in case of any booking issues on Booking.com end, you can happily sleep outside with no support, while they are happy to reassure you how much they value you as a customer. Keep in mind.

Cabins waren geräumig ( man könnte auch das Gepäck verstauen ). Gute Lage für den WHW, nur wenige Meter entfernt.

Die Duschen und Toiletten waren eher untere Kategorie was Sauberkeit und Komfort angeht . Wirkt alles ziemlich provisorisch! Die Selbstversorgerküche war dreckig und nicht einladend

The cabin was exactly as expected and as in the photos. A welcome place to rest whilst completing the WHW. Ideal break from camping and a chance to charge anything we needed. Not glamorous but has everything you needed

Die Cabins liegen am Ortsausgang von Kinlochleaven, direkt am Loch Leaven. Der Ausblick war atemberaubend.

Es gab für die Cabins nur eine Toilette und drei Duschen. Der Kuchenbereich war sehr ungepflegt und machte keinen einladenden Eindruck, wenn man sich hier sein Essen kochen wollte. Die Matratze des Bettes war durchgelegen

I read some horrendous reviews prior to going so my expectations were low. however, the staff, facilities and food were all great. Stayed in a 4 bed cabin, clean, comfy and quiet. Bothy bar, excellent. Bit of a wait for dinner but that was due to a lack of staff - not the staff that were there as they were grafting. The Scottish lad deserves a raise!! Breakfast was excellent, dinner was worth the wait. The showers were hot and powerful and drying room was roasting and plenty of room.

I felt sorry for the staff. they were getting complained at for slow service. 3 people were looking after the bar, the Bothy bar Restaurant and the main Restaurant. More staff needed, not the existing staffs fault.

The location was great and the food was OK. The staff was really helpful and friendly. Lots of people but the place was nice and quiet, so you could leave the window open for fresh air at night.

The mattress in the bed in the cabin was covered with plastic and had only a thin sheet over it, so it was like sleeping on a plastic cover, very umcomfortable. The blankets were also weirdly uncomfortable. The cabin was very small and you couldn't sit on the bed because the upper punk bed was so low.
