"Beautiful location with disappointing service and unacceptable hygiene."

The location is very nice.

The cabin was unclean, the bedding appeared to not have been changed after the previous stay. There were hairs visible in the beds and traces of what appeared to be bedbugs. This forced us to sleep on our own mats on the ground, in order to be safe. The cafetaria food was very disappointing and the service was mediocre. The curry tasted like a juicy greens mix with some chicken.

Location

Food was terrible, evening meal took over two hours and definitely wasn’t a jalfrezi like I ordered. Breakfast was a cold cooked breakfast

"Horrible stay in a place with no power during time of freezing temperatures."

Nice location.

No hot water on the main hotel area, we had a cabin initially and it was flooded. Lost power during the night and no one even acknowledged it. Spend the night in a cold cabin below freezing.

Shower and toilet facilities very basic and the washing up facilities in need of upgrade and repair.

La nourriture

Personne à la reception, aucun equipement ne fonctionne dans la chambre à part le café, tele non, anti moustique non, porte entree tres difficile à ouvrir, matelas à ressort de tres mauvaise qualité, prix exorbitant par rapport au manque de confort, tout repas devant etre ajouter à nos frais. Dejeuner lent.
