There were a couple of positive points, these being a comfy double bed in the master bedroom and the overall positioning of the property was in a quiet area. The owner provided clear and concise instructions on how to get to and enter the property. There is WiFi within the property running at about 10mb/s which is definitely a bonus many other properties didn't have.

Unfortunately we left a day early due to a few problems we found with the property. When we arrived we were shocked at how different the property was from its photos posted on the app. The floors and skirting boards were filthy, wallpaper was hanging from the walls and there was a constant wet dog smell coming from the living room, ironically within the advert we noticed there was a £50 fee included in the price for cleaning of the property, to add insult to injury my wife spent much of the first day cleaning the floors and work tops with baby wipes, there were many areas within the property which were suffering from black mold and damp in the corner of the walls. Compared to the properties our friends were staying in on the same site this appeared to cost slightly more whilst being of a lot lower standard, I think this is due to the property being of a lot older age compared to others around it.

Too small for 4 people could not watch television together kids had to stay in there bedroom not ideal also big bedroom smelled of smoke which cause my husband to cough all night needs some TLC in garden puts you off as you arrive needs tidying up , shower door not closing so water goes all over, tried to cook some bacon 45 mins because frying pans took ages to get warm nightmare overall not a good stay , we had booked for three night but came home after two 🙁

Lovely place very central to bridlington would recommend

Lovely chalet, spacious and comfortable. Wifi and tv's a bonus. Close to the beach and park and ride. Really peaceful had a lovely walk round the site with the dog in the mornings.

Lovely little chalet for our seaside break. Basic (which is what we wanted, we spend most of our holiday out and about!) but clean, comfortable and in a nice location close to the beach. The beach was pretty quiet even on hotter days. We walked into Bridlington a couple of times during our stay which was a nice walk with lovely views, we also drove to Flamborough which was a great place to visit and we were lucky enough to see lots of seals in the sea and on the beaches! On the chalet site there was lots of wildlife (mainly rabbits) around the site at dawn and dusk which was nice to see. Over the road from South Shore is another holiday park which has a convenience shop, fish & chip shop and a leisure centre, which were handy to have nearby. Our little boy liked that there were games and books to use in the chalet too. I am sure we will be returning - thank you 😊

We arrived on a very dark, icy and slippy night! Property was difficult to find and when we eventually got inside it was freezing cold. The gate could do with being opposite the door, as where it is positioned you have to step onto very muddy grass. Couldn't understand why there were 2 lamps in the twin bedroom as there was no socket to plug them into. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay.

The location was amazing, and the chalet was clean and tidy. Good value for money. The host was exceptional. Nothing was too much to ask. Would 100% recommend to friends and family and will be looking to book again in the future. Great for families.

The location is brilliant! Short walk to a beautiful beach.

No facilities on site. A supermarket or shop would have been useful.
