The location was great, very near to the beach, the bar on site and a lovely restaurant 20min away walking.

The property is advertised as having a TV with satellite channels and streaming services such as Netflix however the WI-FI was down for the whole duration of our stay, unable to be resolved by the owner and very poor communication regarding this. Then on the second night the TV had signal problems therefore unable to watch the TV altogether. We where unable to obtain signal even on our phones for most of the duration of our stay. This forced us to stay out of the chalet for as long as possible and spend more money elsewhere. The description also states the kitchen has an electric kettle however this was full of limescale so unable to use to make hot drinks. Contacted the owner again and she just stated she was unable to replace it. The pictures on the description of the property definitely make the chalet look bigger than what it is. The beds are very uncomfortable and the sofa doesn’t fit anymore than 3 people on. We are a family of 4 with two dogs.

WIFI NETFLIX

Dirty plates,and cups and glasses Blind and curtains dirty when told host said it was previous guests yet let it out to us in that state Bedding stained which we seen when was asked to strip beds next morning on leaving Have to say host was lovely in sorting netflix/WiFi and heating. But if a leaflet left with info would have not rang host. When telling host of state of being and curtains host stated was last guests yet not put right for our arrival. Worst place we have personally stayed to bridlington for cleanliness sorry to say.
