There nothing to dislike

The location was amazing, 5 minute walk to beach. A quiet area which worked well for me and my son who has SEN needs. Everything supplied that we would need. Love the bedroom lights, had Disco Light mode which was fun and amazing! Garden was a suntrap in the corner and amazing to sit out at night and see the rabbits running around!

The WiFi wasn't fantastic, spent alot of time waiting for the TVs to connect to WiFi, Netflix took 20 minutes to just open, and would disconnect quickly after!

Liked the spacious rooms. The location was good for access to roads. Liked the fish and chips but only open one day for 1 hour 20 mins Tuesday. Liked the small car park. The little rabbits around at dusk and night. Nice staff in mini market. Heating was great when I got directions to use. Maria was very helpful with directions for Internet. The main TV channels only worked by Thursday night.

The table was grubby, which I had to clean. Kitchen cupboards had loads of cobwebs as well as behind and beside the sofa and behind TV. The welcome tray had nothing except teabags and an open bowl of damp sugar open to flies. The kitchen tap needs washer as always dripping, so the drainer was always stained and wet. There were only 3 teaspoons. The cord for the bathroom blinds was not secure, it's fixing was hanging free with a screw loose. There was half a toilet roll provided hanging from an insecure holder (broken).. The window behind sofa looked odd and cloudy as if blown. The stated entertainment complex did not open for food until 5pm. They have a minimum card spend of £5 so you can't make do with crisps after a long journey. There were no bar meals as alternative. Fish and chip shop not open Monday, Wednesday or Thursday. Opened for only 1 hour 20 minutes on Tuesday. Some things were out of owners' control but were supposed to be part of the advertised experience.

Lovely chalet well layed out perfect area only 10/20 mins away from everywhere

The closeness to the beach, which was really handy as my son was at a beach football tournament.

I have no complaints at all. This chalet was just what we needed.
