Lune Cottage nestled between Lake District and Yorkshire Dales

Lovely cottage in a great location for exploring the lakes. We had a great stay here.

Nothing it was perfect for our family of 4 and dog.

Quaint little cottage good location for visiting various areas of Lake District

Main road right next to property was not too bad,but cattle grid next to property that wagons go over day and night was rather annoying.

Very easy to find, located just off the motorway. Surprisingly quiet with beautiful surroundings. There’s space to put your belongings and the place was well equipped with pretty much everything you can think of. The wet room has a waterfall shower which was a delight and simple to use. When we first arrived, we had a slight problem with getting hot water, as my partner was a little impatient wanting to try out the jacuzzi bath….we contacted the host and we got a quick response and it was sorted immediately. The Bluetooth features on the bathroom mirrors were a nice tech touch and the kitchen was exceptionally equipped. I Loved the little outdoor decking area. My youngest daughter loved the huge trampoline in the land, just outside the property. My eldest daughter loved the super fast internet. My partner loved how it was out of the way but we could easily drive a little to get to somewhere. You could say we pretty much loved everything. We’re currently looking at other dates to visit again.

Lovely location and very comfortable. My grandson loved the goats and sheep

My daughter found a couple of issues with the cleanliness. Dirty coffee pot and glasses and the bath in the en suite.
