The Superior Chalet is the only option with an private bathroom.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Good"

It has a beautiful view, its peaceful and tranquil. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need.

The bathroom being 7m outside the room, after you have showered you need to walk through the sand and trees to get back to the room. Going to the toilet at night with spiders etc. The room was exceptionally hot the 1 little fan does nothing to cool it down. It's like trying to sleep in an oven.

Rustic, clean and on the river. Easy access to our wedding location, to Ceres andTulbach.

The directions from the main road very hard to see/ find. Also the directions to the cottages - especially the 3rd cottage not well marked.

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay. Loved sitting outside with the river gently running past us. Beds very comfortable. Cannot find a fault.

We in our late 70's so missed the cottage and drove through the whole farm. Perhaps a visible sign outside the cottage would be helpful.

"Perfect breakaway"

Even though it is rustic it has lovely finishes and touches and even smells great! Serene, well equipped, everything you need for a quiet getaway

I don’t mind but for future guests it’s good to note the bathrooms are separate (a few steps) from the chalet (shared stoep)
