非常干净，一楼二楼都有卫生间，主人给了我们很大的帮助，负责，值得信赖。

二楼卫生间洗手池没有热水。但屋内很暖和，所以也还好。

とても清潔で快適。一階は床暖房完備。 キッチンには鍋やフライパンも、食器やカトラリーも、洗剤まで揃っています。調味料や油もありました。 洗濯乾燥機もあり、洗濯洗剤も付いているので連泊も安心です。 バスルームにもシャンプートリートメント、ボディソープもありました。 犬連れでも安心で快適なコテージです。 そしてオーナーのパトリックさんが本当に親切。

Good host. Clean room.

It was a great experience that really added to our overall stay within the city of Hakuba. It was exceptionally clean, with perfect supplies of all the amenities you can think of. The bedrooms were comfortable and plentiful in both numbers and actual sleeping space. The property is also equipped with a versatile kitchen with many appliances to suit most of your needs.

The lack of mirrors in each bedrooms.

Beautiful, spacious accommodation with everything you could need, close to restaurants and buses to the slopes. The host was super friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain the different resorts, restaurants, and how to get around, and keeping in touch during our stay to check if there were any issues or anything else he could help with.

Was very clean and tidy when we arrived and the fact that it is so close to the main street in echoland was very helpful. Patrick also help us massively as we didn’t have a car to get around and he picked us up and dropped us to the bus terminal during our stay. He was also very helpful with where to go to catch the bus to the slopes every day.

Nothing was awesome nothing to complain about

The host (Patrick) was easy to contact and helped with local knowledge and transport to and from shops and bus terminal.

Everything. The hospitality shown by Patrick is wonderful. He welcomed us with a thorough introduction to the property which, incidentally, has everything you need . It’s like a hotel but it’s a house. The second morning I texted him asking which mountain he recommended and every morning for the rest of our stay he texted a brief message about where we should go, what mountain was windy/cold/how much snow etc.

Excellent chalet to stay in while skiing. Nice large rooms with absolutely everything you need. Great decor with a nice vibe - the photos don't do it justice. Would highly recommend to others!
