Za mało sztućców, głośna klimatyzacja (coś zaczynało trzeszczeć po kilku minutach użytkowania)

Neskutečne nádherná scenérie hor a mraků, klidné, tiché! , čisté a prostorné ubytování s terasou. Příjezd do Mascy i do ubytování náročnější (úzké, klikaté a strmé cesty), ale instrukce na dopravu a zaparkování jsou naprosto bezchybné a dokonale i s video návodem.

Location is amazing. Owners give you absolute privacy. Communication is polite and efficient through Whatsapp.

The property is very well maintained but the surrounding area not. There were dead succulents everywhere and the unpleasant smell. This location is not for inexperienced drivers!

Bazén přístupný od 10:00 do 17:00, to je v době, kdy jsou všichni venku a když už ubytování vnitřním bazénem disponuje, tak je škoda toho velmi omezeného přístupu

Dramatic setting with charming views

We really wanted to love this apartment, but unfortunately it turned into a major disappointment, and we had to check out two days early. Pros: • The setting is dramatic with charming views. • Private parking is available, although it is not for the faint of heart. The difficulty varies depending on the unit. For ours, we had to make a sharp U-turn on steep hills with very limited maneuvering space, which was quite nerve-wracking. Cons: Shower / Hot Water We had cold showers for two consecutive days, which ultimately prompted us to check out two days early. We were very conscientious about conserving hot water - turning the water off whenever possible - even though we would have preferred to keep it running to stay warm. Despite this, there was not enough hot water for our group. Cleanliness The bedding had an unpleasant odor. We also found a dirty dish in a lower kitchen cabinet, which led us to rewash all dishes, cups, and utensils before using them. Room Comfort The room was dark and cold. The heating was not strong enough on the first day but got better on the second day after they raised the temperature of thermos. There was heating only in the living room, and the bedrooms were quite cold at night. We ended up using blankets from a spare bed just to stay warm. Customer Service We reported the shower issue on the first night but did not receive a response until after sending three messages over an 18-hour period. They addressed the issue by adjusting the temperature of thermos remotely. However, the warm water only lasted for one person this time and the other two had to take cold showers again! We were a group of two senior citizens and two women. Having no hot showers for two cold rainy days was extremely uncomfortable and stressful, and we began to feel unwell. Although they offered to send someone the next day, we were concerned about continuing to stay in a remote area with limited alternatives if the issue persisted.

Weird worms everywhere. Not harmful but annoying, be ready for everyday swap with a brush. Some weird smell similar to rotten meat coming from the garden. Maybe a specific flower protection behavior idk
