"Perfect hideaway in a beautiful location"

Perfect place for a relaxing getaway in the Lakes. The cabin was really cosy and had everything you needed, gorgeous views and an excellent location with stunning walks from the door. Such friendly and welcoming hosts. The welcome hamper was really lovely. Enjoyed seeing the peacock and hens roam the garden. Would thoroughly recommend, thank you!

"Comfortable and relaxing overall very pleasant."

Cozy and comfortable. Nice interior design. Lovely animals, chickens cats dog and peacock. Very friendly host.

The shower could have had better pressure on the hot setting. Cold setting pressure was fine.

"Cosy cabin in the lakes - perfect for a peaceful getaway"

Beautiful property in a beautiful location, so peaceful and just what we needed for a weekend away. The cabin is very cosy and the hosts provided a welcome basket of treats and things for breakfast which was lovely! David was very welcoming and gave great advice on local routes. 10/10, would recommend and will hopefully visit again in the future!

The property is exactly as it looks in the photos. Good location for Ambleside and Hawkshead, be mindful of the narrow lanes. Lovely views from the garden and a great welcome pack on arrival. Some great recommendations from the host on arrival, excellent knowledge of the local area.

We as given a lovely welcome hamper on arrival with sourdough bread,homemade jam and free range eggs from the chickens that wonder around the property and lots more

Amazing location Gorgeous setting- quiet, peaceful, beautiful views Very clean and comfortable cabin Very friendly and accommodating host

Didn’t get great natural light in and round cabin- although great spots by the main bnb building The oven is a microwave- oven combi that works great as a microwave but the oven setting is really poor- unable to roast veg, cook meat etc. Hob works amazing though! Just don’t plan to roast/ cook oven meals

"A wonderful private cabin in the trees"

The cabin was quiet, private and peaceful. The hosts were wonderful and even supplied wine and nibbles. The location was fantastic and good walking without having to use the car.
