Treeside woodhouse

The friendly staff and the coziness of the whole trip was spot on and the information and help was unbelievable! Had a lovely time and can't wait to return!

Great location

Quite humid inside the hut.

It was a wonderful property hidden away in the woods. Exceptionally clean and the perfect size for a couple. Beautifully decorated and a fully stocked kitchen! There was a bottle of wine, bread, eggs, juice, cheese and meats left for us in the fridge. A great surprise! The hosts were so friendly and full of lots of local knowledge and advice. We really appreciated it! Highly recommend!

The location, the views, and it was so cosy. Just a great little place. Dave who looked after us was an excellent host. Ideally located just outside Hawkshead, with easy access to most places. We wanted a relaxing retreat and we got just that.

Lovely and secluded. Our host spoiled us by providing a stocked fridge, wine , bread and fruit! It was a lovely welcome. He also gave us good advice on what to do and where to go.

I loved wheee the property was situated, it’s in a beautifully quiet setting.

Think maybe the bed could use a new mattress or a good mattress topper.
