Location and comfortable property

The property could have been cleaner and looking a bit tired internally. Not worth £125 per night.

The caravan is in a great location. Nice and quiet. It has everything you would you need and was a good base for our family at nights after a busy day exploring and visiting local attractions in the area. The bathrooms were nice and clean.

The caravan although has everything you may need is quite tired and could really do with a thorough clean. The soft furnishings and living area carpet are quite grubby. I did hoover whilst there, with young children they can make quite a mess but the hoover was full of dog hair meaning then the caravan did smell of dog then after, might be a good idea to make sure that’s emptied in future. We also didn’t use the oven as we felt it wasnt very clean and the oven glove was dirty too. But apart from a very deep clean required the caravan is fine as a base and good value for money.

Bit noisy on the site. Accomodation not very soundproof.

The location was really good as it was central to the places we wanted to go and see. The caravan / holiday park was nice and clean

The caravan needed TLC and updated. It also needed a thorough clean - the patio door glass had marks all over it. I nearly off a dining chair as 1 of the legs was broken. Freezer needed defrosted. When started cleaning the cooker bits were flaking off and the oven door was abit of a mess. There was no back on the TV remote control so sometimes TV didn’t work as batteries fell out. The wireless thermostat wasn’t working so no heating on our first night when it dropped to 4C. Bought batteries the next day and with the help of texting back and forth with the owners managed to get it working for the rest of our stay. The decking tables and chairs were chipped and rusty - didn’t want to sit on them in case marked my clothes. Having had to pay £50 extra for cleaning when booking our holiday I would have expected the caravan to be alot cleaner

The location was excellent. The deck outlook was stunning. The shower was fantastic. The lounge and kitchen were very comfortable. Excellent storage.

The mattresses in the twin room aren’t really suitable for adults.

It was private.

No bath mat or hand towels.
