the location was excellent the view from the backyard/ balcony was just fab rooms are spacious to meet the need of our family

toilets could be cleaner(particularly dismayed to see unknown marks on the en-suite radiator and the other one in the other radiator) lack of notes or guides on how to operate stuff which are standard in most properties we stay elsewhere (be it thermostat, tv, microwave oven and others) the condition of the microwave oven doesn't feel safe to use(big chunks of rust at the bottom of the rotating plate) we had to search and find the remote control of the tv at the bottom of one of the sofas(tiny problem compared to others noted here) knives were not even sharp enough to cut tomatoes for salad hard to control the room temperature as the thermostat got temperamental and boiler stopped working from midnight before departure day (wouldn't matter but the night was cold and we had young and old family members) photos can be provided to confirm these and i hope these improvements can be attend by the owner to better the experience for the next visitor
