"Zeer goed"

Het huisje was gezellig en compleet ingericht. Het was schoon. De tuin waarin het huisje gelegen was, was prachtig. De gastheer en gastvrouw waren erg aardig en attent.

De tweepersoons slaapkamer was krap, er was daar ook geen ruimte voor de koffers.

The owners were helpful, friendly and engaging and the single room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was more than adequate with a good range of choices available. The house is in a beautiful location and surrounded by beautiful gardens. The complimentary peaches from Philippe's gardens were delicious. I would highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay with Philippe and Louise. They made us feel right at home at Rodeen and gave us great recommendations about the area. Hospitality at its very best. And a delicious breakfast. Thanks so much, we hope we’ll be back one day! We recommend visiting the Buddhist temple only a short drive from Rodeen.

Fabulous property in a great location. The rooms were well equipped and spotless. The hosts Philip and Sophie go above and beyond with a warm welcome, superb breakfast and extras in the room. Highly recommend this property.

"Thoroughly enjoyable and a really good find"

Our hosts made us really welcome - sharing their knowledge of the area and making sure that we got the most out of our stay on the peninsula. The ‘continental’ breakfast they put on each morning was so much more than that - with homemade treats and no chance of leaving the table hungry. We slept brilliantly at Rodeen Country House - fresh air, tranquil location, and comfy bed all working together in equal measure. Access to the garden, for taking in the views and the peace was a nice additional benefit

It would have been good to have had access to a serviceable wardrobe or some drawers, in which to unpack and air clothes.
