Rodeen Country House

Philip and Sophie have created a corner of paradise in West Cork. This stylish house with a magical garden has captured my heart. They were kind and welcoming. In the morning, we were greeted with a wonderful breakfast with dizzying views outside the windows. This pleasant couple helped us with choosing routes for travel and recommended great places for dinner. I would like to return to this place again for a longer vacation.

The whole place was fantastic. From the Hosts, the room and the breakfast. Highly recommend it to people visiting the area. I've travelled a lot and stayed in many places. Rodeen is one of the best places I was ever at.

Our hosts were very helpful and gave us great advice, which sights are worth travelling to. Philipp knows the best places, especially concerning good food and marvellous places. His Place is very well equipped with all the stuff you need. The Garden and the views from their home is breathtaking. We will surely return.

Sophie and Philippe are two amazing hosts! you can expect the warmest welcome and an incredible stay thanks to their wonderful personalities and passion for their region. The house is beautifully taken care of and the location is agreeable, quiet, with a fantastic view. Perfect to explore the whole Ring of Beara. All you need is in the room, even for the smaller one bedroom, and you can count on the hosts to go the extra mile for you, it's just ideal! Thank you for everything!

My husband and I greatly enjoyed staying at this lovely B&B! We highly recommend it and it truly deserves the high ratings it has. - The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the setup is well thought out so we had everything we needed. - The view from our room was spectacular! The property has a beautiful garden as well and chairs to sit on to enjoy the view. - The continental breakfast had many options and had fresh fruit and really good coffee. The breakfast room was cozy and the views from the window were beautiful. - The hosts were very friendly, warm, and accommodating. They gave us great recommendations for food and nature walks. - The location is perfect because it is quiet there but it is only a few minutes away from the town. We were able to walk into the town and it only took us about 30 min and was very picturesque.

Philip and Sophie are wonderful hosts. This was my second time staying with them.They have wonderful knowledge of the area and great tips, that you wont find in the guide books! There is such a great, homely atmosphere at their place. A very friendly, warm, helpful and welcoming couple.I greatly enjoyed my stay,
