Super friendly and helpful host! Nice garden with hammocks, which we really liked.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The aircon works and it has a fan as well. The bathroom is big and the shower has hot water. It is a wet shower but built well. Floor drains quickly. Has river views. The owner, Darren was extremely helpful. He is very quick to respond via the booking.com app. He came to fetch me from where we landed at the dock. He has mad motorbike skills in the mud. 👍🏻 He booked my bus ticket to Siem Reap for me. I will definitely stay there again.

Great spot with aircon and a really friendly and helpful host, Darren. He picked us from the port, arranged everything and was so knowledgeable- take his advice about the “secret” waterfalls with the fishermen, and if you go there be brave on the bridge 🤣🤣

Nice location, helpful owners, water refils available, fridge in room was very useful and stocked. Bicycle hire was made easy. Pickup and drop off to the port was very helpful. I would stay there again... and the piglets next door running through the garden were super cute.

The air-conditioning was a little noisy, but that was just in my room. All the others were very quiet

We absolutely loved it. Don Det is a very special place on earth and Moon by Night is the perfect accomodation for this. The room is bright, spacious and clean, the Aircon working and it comes with a full fridge. You can spend the whole day hanging outside in a hammock or renting a bike and explore the island. We loved it so much, we extended several times. Darren, the host is exceptionally kind, very helpful and gives lots of good tips. He took us out with his boat one evening to watch the sunset on the Mekong which was amazing.

Great host, lovely garden and good value! Room was clean and had aircon. Was well priced vs the other options.

The only thing that didn’t go well was the bus transfer we booked through the owner and his travel agency partner to Cambodia. AVT was the company and they took 3 hours longer than the promised arrival time and made us change bus three times.

Everything!!!! The host Darren is super knowledgeable, helpful and very laid back - makes you feel extremely welcome & very kindly picked me up with my bags on my arrival!! I love how relaxed this place is & the view is amazing!! The location is fabulous - within walking distance to the main strip - loads of eating places & tour companies, laundrettes, shops very close by. Everything you need really. I also love the hammock outside my room & in the garden. The accommodation was clean, comfortable & has everything you need. Wifi is very good too. The room came with a fridge, AC, fan & huge comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless. Love, love, LOVED. Perfect sunsets too just outside my the accommodation.
