Location, private pool

We had load shedding and the inverter did not work. The patio only had 2 loungers and nothing else for people to sit on.

location was good, house was beautiful BUT attention to details was seriously lacking, the towel had a hole, the extra duvet had horrible disgusting stains - if it was in my home I would've thrown it away, no bathroom floor mats on the 1st day, no instruction manuals for the lots of remotes, no wifi password, the main lights in the room doesn't work, rooms are extremely dark, no hairdryer
