the location is the best, close to everything I needed

WiFi was advertised as part of the unit yet no one could give us the login details. there is a generator in the unit which was excellent but after purchasing R400 worth of fuel we realised that is was locked and the assumption is it’s only for owners then so I guess it’s our loss. they should at least put a note that the generator is not to be used by guests during load shedding to avoid people spending their money on petrol and not being able to start the generator, that was very frustrating.

Gorgeous river view and outside entertainment area. Spacious, well equipped. Clean and comfortable, lovely linen. The estate is really nice and facilities are wonderful. The drive to Phabeni Gate was quick and convenient. The shops are well located to the estate - the Checkers is lovely.

Total lack of loadshedding torches or anything to assist with no power. No gas either. Not acceptable to leave 3 broken candles without even a candle holder. Run like a hotel room, very clinical, no homely warmth. No staples you normally find in a rental home (like salt, pepper, foil and cling wrap which isn’t great for traveling guests) No welcome book with recommendations. Both bath plugs were not working - the bath just drains. The aircon in the upstairs room is not working.

Once you enter the place, it feels like a new world. 5 star and above.

The surroundings don't feel safe to take my family with to shopping. only drove straight to the places we know without stopping.
