Lovely cosy and quiet accommodation. Dinner in the pub by the fire was delicious.

Very clean, cosy apartment for 2 people, with country views,near a beautiful traditional Pub,so could go for lunch, dinner or a drink. Overall a very good experience and will definitely come back.

The room was well equipped with a decent shower. The location being next to the A12 makes it very accessible. The view from the room was pleasant looking over an open field. Very attentive staff.

On arrival the room was freezing, the heating had not been turned on in sufficient time. Unfortunately the heater is outdated and not really suitable for the size of the room, it took nearly 4 hours to get to a decent temperature. The television did not have a consistent signal sometimes it would just drop out and not come back on. There are a few stains on the floor of the bathroom and a bit of mould in the shower but nothing major. Unfortunately it got worse on our final night as the power cut off in the night and it got very cold in the room. It was believed that a fire alarm had cut power to the room fortunately the staff were able to come and switch back on in the morning. Parking is a bit of an issue there is very limited parking outside of the accommodation as it is also used by the patrons of the pub. There is sufficient room to put your car along the side of the road but it is quite narrow so potential for damage if a large vehicle squeezes by.

What a lovely little place! Very friendly staff in the pub too. Great food and beer.

Temperature of shower needs looking at. Thankfully I wasn't standing in the shower cubicle as the water was scalding - I changed the setting on the shower which helped.
