Fox Inn

We are regular visitors to The garden rooms and The Fox Inn and as per our previous visits we had an enjoyable weekend - very comfortable accommodation, excellent food, friendly hosts and staff

What a delightful place and people. We had an amazing time exploring the nearby Suffolk coast, bird watching and star gazing!

Room was nice and bed comfortable...kitchen adequate for our needs and shower and plenty hot water.

The flat is very well located, with scenic west-facing views across the fields, which made for great sunsets. It was attractively decorated, comfortable throughout, with period-style furniture. It felt roomy enough for two, and the spacious garden was ideal for our dog to sniff about in the country air. Most impressive was the attentive welcome and service provided by the staff, who were always smiling and helpful.

We had a great stay overall, so it seems picky to highlight faults, but since you asked: the table and chairs felt rather rickety and didn’t always inspire confidence, the fridge hum at night could surprisingly intrusive, particularly for light sleepers, the hand basin taps were a little loose with weak water flow.
