Dempster Cottage

The location and the quietness of the location We practically had the whole property to ourselves. The time we where there. Also staying in Dempster cottage, it felt a little of living in the past.

Nothing that deterred me from wanting to return.

The place was lovely, very good ammenities.

I absolutely fell in LOVE with this place! It was absolutely exceptionally beautiful and felt very high class. The bathtub was massive and the pool was absolutely stunning. I was especially grateful that the property doesn't rely on harsh pesticides or anything - I can be quite sensitive to them, and I take it as a fact of life. I had no reactions here, and it also meant that the pool had beautiful motorbike frogs and there was all kinds of wildlife everywhere! It was so amazing to see so much nature and then return to such a gorgeous home and soft luxurious beds. The reception was patchy, so that's probably not ideal if you need to be contactable, but for me that was a perk.

I totally enjoyed the peace and quiet, the cottage had everything you needed, loved the spa, had a lovely tour of the historic main house by paul who had a lot of knowledge of the history behind the property.

Quiet and peaceful! Views! Birds! Comfortable beds!

It was a beautiful location, it had a fire place and it was extra cosy!

Lovely location, nice and quiet while still close to Northam.

Bed was much too soft and sinking. Single bed was a bit soft and mattress was on a big of an angle.
