"Terrible Experience"

I have stayed with my family in this accommodation in July 2024 in winter. My apartment was cold and all electric heater in the rooms were not working and the place was freezing. I sent our driver to buy for us electric heater. I have stayed for four days and the housekeeping service was very poor. They did not change or clean the towels for the entire stay! Not to forget to mention that the electricity power was shutting down in my apartment.
