The Applewood Lodge

Beautiful lodge with everything you need. The host Lindsey was brilliant, so personable, kind and informative. A fantastic base for the areas we wanted to visit including Longleat, Stonehenge and Bath.

Beautiful clean lodge set off the main road but in a great setting woodland feel overlooking field. Host was very friendly. We stayed to do an experience at longleat and to see Stonehenge cracking location for those two attractions. Highly recommend

Comfortable garden chairs would have been nice to relax outside.

Lindsay was very attentive, she also prepared coffee and tea for us. Every morning we woke up to birds chirping, we saw a squirrel, nothing disturbed our peace. The area has lots to see and do for families with young children and adults alike, Stonehenge and Salisbury are not to be missed. Shopping is 10 minutes by car. The accommodation is extremely clean, well maintained. Lindsay is a communicative, flexible and very fair host, we would love to come back again.

Luckily we are thin and short, so we fit in the bed.

Lovely little gem of a place, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Owner on sight, very helpful and friendly. Great location as we were going to Longleat safari park.
