Very cool stuff and amazing location. I forgot there my sun glasses and I only realized 3 days after, I wrote them and they had it there for me.

Air conditioning would be nice.

Location

Old sofas, bed sheets were dirty with hair, the fridge was extremily dirty. The smell was not good either. There were rats in our bedroom.

Lovely place, lovely staff, great place to stay.

The vibez were amazing! Caro, Alex and Helena (the volunteers) were incredibly lovely and great vibez!

Absolutely nothing

The shared space is fine The vibes are good and the the staff is nice

The room is microscopic, you can barely put your bags inside but not opening any of your belongings The rooms walls are bamboo so you can hear everything (including the street) as well as being heard The entire water and sewage system is horrible, so many times the water barely worked or didnt work at all The place is boiling hot and filled with mosquitos (even compared to the Caribbean)

Common areas are nice, that is the kitchen and the entrance with hammocks and sofas. Staff is very friendly

The private room is very hot, feels like a sauna because the air doesn't flow very well at the back of the hostel. The toilets are right next to the dining area and one can hear everything. The staff doesn't speak Spanish.

Central location, good kitchen. Great lockers in the dorms, mosquito nets provided. Great area outside the showers with mirrors etc

Not enough seating in the kitchen; people used this as social seating as this was a bit limited, so sometimes I had nowhere to sit down to eat my food. Could do with more fans in the dorms, and also lights outside of the lockers instead of/ as well as inside

great location, the staff at the check-in was friendly. I booked the private deluxe room, which looks great at first glance BUT

it doesn’t have a proper roof so it was extremly humid and musty in the room and there is A LOT of mold on the ceiling. when i told the staff about it, they acted all surprised like they haven‘t noticed before, which is just not possible. I told them that i wouldn‘t stay there for health reasons and would like a refund. Eventhough i didn‘t stay, i had to pay the first night (and the room is quiet expensive) but at least they refunded me the other nights.
