Property Notes

All bedding, linen, towels, crockery and cutlery are provided with your booking. As well as a firepit with barbecue grill and outdoor seating. Logs and charcoal are available to buy onsite. Acheninver Hostel is an iconic walk-in hostel overlooking the Summer Isles on the Ben Mor Coigach Wildlife Reserve. You will leave your vehicle in a safe off road public car park and walk 5-10 mins down a mountain track to your pod, there is no vehicle access to the hostel. There is a wheelbarrow at you pod if you need to do more than one trip for luggage and food. This property is not wheelchair accessible. You will have DIY check in info emailed to you before arrival, the warden will be available onsite in the private house if you need anything. You can check in after 4pm on arrival day, check out is by 10am. Acheninver Hostel is 27miles from Ullapool and will take 1hour to drive. A deposit may be required at the property.

A cosy little pod, compact and great for a night at the peaceful coastal setting. The pod also has a very good shower with great water pressure. There's a short walk down to the beach too. 🙂

The walk to & from the hostel is a little rough and wet in places but was part of the experience.

Very remote, need to pack everything beforehand; but beautiful location upon reaching. You can take a stroll around the beach nearby.

The property is located in a very quiet area, with a spectacular view and beautiful accommodations. Everything was very clean and tidy, and the staff was very kind and available for any request.I recommend it wholeheartedly, a place of the heart

The location was beautiful.

It was difficult to find. What 3 words would have been great but they were not provided. The location isn’t accessible by car so your cases etc needed to be transported down a long path in a wheelbarrow. This would not be great in bad weather.

La localisation isolée, avec magnifique vue sur les ßles Summer, le nécessaire dans le pod pour dßner (micro-onde uniquement), les brouettes sont trÚs pratiques pour transporter les bagages et rendent le séjour amusant et original

Vue en partie sur le bùtiment des communs, notamment lorsque nous sommes dans le lit, et sur la table extérieur. Une vue sur les ßles Summer depuis tout point du pod (qui n'est pas grand) aurait été incroyable. Chemin d'accÚs passant devant les pods, ce qui rend le séjour moins intimiste.
