We booked 2 beds in the dorm. The privates look a little nicer, I can’t speak to those, but the shared bathrooms and showers were filthy and moldy. :-(. Towel smelled like mold. Stains on my sheets. Air con leaking. Bed bugs were found in the dorm. We left early because we didn’t want to risk it. It seems like this property has recurring issues with this, which is not surprising given the lack of hygiene around the property. It’s a budget place, but damn it was rough… Also another downside was that there is no real common areas. Just small kitchen table so we found ourselves spending money to chill at restaurants which defeats the purpose of this budget rate lol.

This place is experiencing a bed bud outbreak. I only stayed 2 nights. I heard the owner arguing with a guest about bed bugs and their bed was not cleaned properly after they left only their sheets were changed. I asked for a steamer or iron to clean my bed to insure there weren't any in my bunk and they said they didnt have one which to me was a huge red flag the only way to get rid of bedbugs is with heat. After waking up with red bites all over my feet, back, legs, and arms I decided to leave for my own health. I wasn't given a refund for the days I didnt stay and I didnt want to argue with the owner as a solo female traveler. it cost me a days worth of expenses to clean all my clothing. save yourself the worry, cost, and painful bites and stay elsewhere.
