Brilliant location, the kids absolutely loved it. Will be back again!

Only the location you can not fault it

Firstly i want to let you know that i don't review anything apart this time that the safe and the health of my family was at risk. Property was smelly ,damp and very dirty. The bedding wasn't changed from previous guests ,the power went off as soon as we turned the shower switch, we didn't notice the sign that was put up in kitchen, saying that the fuse will blow up and will cost £45 each time to replace it if you use the shower and the kitchen appliances which we did not although i think that is a lot of bull .The decking was slippery and very dangerous . We tried for an hour to make it work but it was impossible to stay in that place and I only booked it because I read the reviews of ather people. I had to book a hotel for my family in the middle of the night paying premium prices. Getting my money back is becoming impossible. We didn't look for luxury 5 star hotel but what we witnessed, never seen anywhere and to top it up we have 3 kids under 11 years old, 2 of them are asthmatics using inhalers regularly wich was the main reason we had to leave for the safety of our kids. As the saying goes" seeing is believing " be careful out there . One more thing, I don't know if the reviews are for genuises guests but I could be wrong as is no way I could prove it.

Excellent location for exploring Snowdonia. There are some lovely dog walks around this very large holiday park, but with almost NO signposts it's very easy to get lost!

The lovely lakeside views from the lodge are now almost lost behind large trees and bushes. Such a shame. Some pruning is desperately needed.

Convenient for our Snowdon summit walk.

We had booked for 5 adults but had to search and make do for the sofa bed as no bedding was left for it.

Great location Great on site facilities - pool is amazing in all weather

The lodge was lovely but needed a bit of TLC. When we arrived we brushed away spiders from the ceiling in both living and bedroom areas - which is to be expected I suppose. The toilet was temperamental but the owners were very polite and respectful with messages acted upon promptly.

The view is absolutely amazing. So beautiful and peaceful. Chalet had lots of space and was very clean. Owners were lovely. The campsite has a restaurant where kids are very welcome, a pool, park, shop, cafe and launderette. Everything you need. The site itself is beautiful and a lovely walk round.
