89 Lower Lakeside - Glan Gwna Holiday Park

The location of the property is very quiet and appealing. There were a lot of water fowl to see and we heard owls during the night. It is situated near to Caernarfon, so we were able to park the car and leave it until it was time to make our way home.

I think that it should be made clearer that electricity is provided via a meter so needs to be paid for by top up cards and that the wi-fi does not cover the chalet.

Didn’t like the fact we had to top up electricity basically as soon as we got to the property the electricity was nearly gone

Location by the lake was lovely, very quiet

We wish we knew there was no Internet or phone signal inside the chalet. We wanted to plan activities whilst we were there, we had to walk out to the car park to get any signal. We also needed to have contact with home and having no signal was not good. This should have been made clear. Also having to use a pre paid electric card and leave £5 for the next person. These things aren't made clear on booking.

The place was clean and tidy, well equipped.

Not accessible for people with mobility issues, my mum and dad struggled to get up and down the 5 steps and across the veranda into the property as it was very slippery when wet!!

Electric heating rather than gas

I liked everything about the property except the Wi-Fi. No Wi-Fi provided in the house and in the surroundings.Otherwise stay was very nice, and owners are helpful,they are just call away. I would recommend to my friends

No Wi-Fi in the house and in the house. Because there is no network in the surrounding to being active in the social media, which made our stay bit difficult.
