The limited elevator hours post 10 PM were inconvenient, affecting accessibility within the hostel. Additionally, while beyond the hostel's control, there's room for improvement in guest behavior. Some guests' noisy conversations throughout the night, whether on the phone or with each other, disturbed the overall peace and quiet of the environment. A more considerate approach to noise levels from fellow guests would greatly enhance the overall experience for everyone staying at the hostel.

The dorm is i stayed in was quite spacious.

very clean hotel placed in an old, traditional tenement in a quiet area near the city center. The bathroom is shared but clean with hot water. We could leave our luggage for a whole day after check out. Great quality - price ratio

I arrived early at 4am.. The location of the hostel was not clear and the street was empty of people except dogs. Then I realized that the hostel was inside a building on the third floor!! and there was no elevator!! After getting tired and climbing the stairs with my bags, I found an employee only speak Hindi and the room were on the fourth floor , I was very upset, so I left the place and canceled my reservation on booking But there was a fee for canceling a reservation On the second day, I spoke to the crew because I did not stay there. The staff was very helpful and understanding and spoke English well so they accept my cancelation without fee

The location is amazingly convenient, walking distance from most sites in South Mumbai. Great thing we can check-in at 9am! The hostel is beautiful, in a well preserved classic building - the rooms and common spaces are lovely. Points for the drinkable water fountain in the reception area :)

I stayed for a day and there were very few people staying - both toilets remained not cleaned throughout the day. The showers and rooms were very clean.

Good place to stay in Mumbai. Nice location, clean and tidy. It's located in a quiet area and in walking distance from the main attraction.
