Hebbar's Heritage Home

Good hostel with heritage vibe as promised. I chose the location as it was very close to the central station, convinient for my arrival early in the morning. I liked the old flair with high ceiling and balcony. Good location if you do not only want to hang out in Colaba, but move around in the city.

Location and facilities

Loved the property. It’s great for solo travellers or travellers in general. It is very close to main Train Station. Surrounding is good, many options to eat etc.

I loved the location of the property

The room was so hot, even with the fan on it was too hot. There was a hole in the mosquito net, I had over 30 bites on my body. Somebody opened our door and walked in on me and my partner in bed (even after I shouted the room was occupied). I believe it was a member of staff as I went to the reception after this to explain what happened, and then somebody apologise. The receptionist could have been nicer and more friendly. I do not like how they stop the lift after 9pm and lock the stairs so you have to wake somebody up if you want to leave or re-enter after 9pm.

Room is ok location is super but owner always make you feel that you aten t very welcome . We forgot towel in room came back 5 hours later and the first thing he said that he wasn t responsable for forgotten items . No i know but when you cleanes the room 4 hours prwvious and you cleaned it well cleaner should heve found towel .

Great location, easy to get to all of the attractions and super close to the train station. Classic old style hotel with rooms that were comfortable but not well maintained.

The staff, and the walls could do with a paint!
