The property owner don't care about the guest. I face an issue an let the owner know about the matter but never bother it. Very bad experience never ever recommended to any visitors.

The owner behaviour and doesn't care about the visitor and doesn't try to solve the issue. Also, I have a question for you: booking.com, please cancel registration strongly disappointed.
