No hot water in shower.
ESCRThe facility was quiet and we felt safe. The parking was secure and the is important due to crimes committed against tourists.
NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER FOR 3 PEOPLE .
ITExcellent staff, like to be in your own family! Good position, temperature, fruit from the garden, the visit of hummingbirds every morning, hamaca.
DEVery spacious and comfortable, clean, lovely staff. Well-equipped kitchen.
The toilets and bathrooms were cleaned regularly but still smelled really bad.

USITCRUSKitchen was very well stocked! Enough mugs and plates, pots and pans for everyone to cook with! Also, loves the baskets they put in the kitchen for people to store their stuff as well as the bathroom baskets. And the different options for hikes and waterfalls with the directions already printed out! Definitely visit the watering hole, Rio Macho is the nicest river to swim in in all of Costa Rica.
Upstairs bathroom never got restocked with toilet paper but it's ok cause the downstairs ones were always stocked and perfect.
