It needs deep cleaning and repairs. The beds are very very squeaky, the doors stick. There is not any person to meet at check-in but you have to take a photo of your passport and send it on WhatsApp to receive a code to unlock the doors. So you must have wifi to get in. There are plants growing from the gutters, a crack in the ceiling in the stairwell open to the sky. It felt like an abandoned building, or a haunted house

It's a disgrace it was dirty unclean The place stinks the smell is terrible You should take this off your list I didn't even stop there I walked into my room which stunk and I walked out to find another hotel

I have never been a place with bad service, dirty, anything was as described. It was false description.

The outside looked nice, and it was close to downtown.

Of all the Albergue in El Camino de Santiago, this one was the most disappointing. It does not have any charm. When you come in, there are flys and cats in the lobby. Rooms could be cuter, but not the worst. The bathroom is shared. When I went to take a shower, there was 0 pressure. My walking mate waited about 1 hour after me, and still no pressure.

Laundry service for 5 euros (washed and dried)

this 'hotel' is a little out of town, and a bit run down. Also, they have a weird online checkin that involves uploading a photo of your passport. It basically has a 'deskless' vibe, with emails sent that contain door codes. But, the online forms, like the building, are a little dated. However, I had a large ensuite door and slept well and enjoyed great sunset view. But, I'd not rush back to stay here.

Staff was very helpful in requests. Bedding was lovely.

Extreme foul smell in hallways, shower knobs almost all broken off, out-of-the-way location, room was very cold.

Clean enough. Good value.
