The place was filthy and unkept No hot water,toilets leaked, no one around to ask anything, far from the town. I actually found a piece of paper with the door codes for all the rooms written on it. It felt unsafe. There was noise until very late and again very early.

In disrepair! Falling apart!

Had to sleep on the mattress on the floor because the bed frame fell apart.

i like that it was a pvt space and it had heat

the floor had bits on it, the building was very worn down, yard wasn’t kept up at all! the check in process was confusing and a billion doors to go though to get to your room, (sounds crazy i know )

The second stay in 8 years would stay again of and when we come back

Property needs a great deal of repair Shower screen broken Heater melted Floor of shower has a soft spot. Outside the property needs a real cleanup

We went in low season and the property was nearly empty. The bathroom was very clean. The cleanliness of the room was not exceptional but acceptable. Linen and towels were clean. Overall, the value for money is very good.

The steps following the reservation process are unclear for the user and unnecessarily complicated. We received 5 to 7 different automated emails with fragmented information, not so intuitive to navigate. We then received the final instructions on how to access the room referring to a key code that was not provided, so we had to get back to them and request it. The automated emails were also quite full of symbols substituting letters. Overall, I would suggest implementing and simplifying this overall process.

A very peaceful place. The room was simple and comfortable. Everything was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
