Ehrlich gesagt waren die Volonteers mitunter etwas "aufdringlich" im bemüht sein, alles Recht machen zu wollen - hätte sie mir für den Ort passender etwas entspannter gewünscht ;-)

Todo el establecimiento está diseñado con sencillez y practicidad, dando la sensación de estar completa y comodamente entre la naruraleza, se siente paz en el ambiente y gracias a su ubicación se disfruta de un lugar solitario ,con una playa casi vacía, ideal para conectar uno mismo y con la naturaleza que te rodea.

Perfect remote paradise

Muy bien el lugar y la gente increíble. La pasamos excelente. Posiblemente regrese ya que la pasamos muy bien.

Pora was beyond any sort of coastal accomodation and experience I’ve had. The tipi’s were clean, fresh and comfortable. The kitchen was always well kept and had everything you need. The hut on the beach was where I could spend many many days, reading, swimming and chatting to all the lovely volunteers and guests.

Nothing to fault.

Pora is a beautiful, natural and with lot of love built place in Chacahua. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful and familiar place, Pora is the perfect place! The tipis are nice furnished and you can hear the sound of pure nature in the mornings. The kitchen is also very well equipped and the staff very friendly and welcoming. The chillout area on the beach invites you to relax. The sunsets are breathtakingly beautiful. Pora is not just an accommodation, there is a very familiar, lovely atmosphere. The communal dinners or the pizza evenings in the centre are specially enjoyable. Three nights turned into two weeks because the place is simply magical. :) thank you Pora!

We loved our time at Pora! Beautiful beachside location, lovely and helpful staff including a full crew of volunteers, teepee was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious (if slightly expensive - easy to ignore in such a nice place) and the kitchen is well-stocked. It's about 40 mins into town but the flipside is a great feeling of detachment from the old World. Hammocks are fab. Surprisingly straightforward access given all the "it's really hard to get here" stuff online. We'd love to return one day as volunteers.
