Everything was very good. Very clean and safe hotel. Hot shower. Spacious room. Quiet hotel ( i didn’t hear any noise from the street). Very helpful staff. Owner helped me a lot and dropped to railway station in the night.

"Shut down your pathetic hoste and stop lying and misguiding peoplel!!!"

The host was very rude most of the times and not guided honestly. We reached late around 9 and we wanted to visit bhairo baba temple for attending aarti but the host guided us that varanasi is not safe in the night and the temple will be closed by 10 PM. He all lied because he wanted to sleep and he mentioned that the doors will be closed by 11 PM. So, he misguided us so that we do not leave the hostel and he could sleep without any disturbance. Even he denied to provide hot water to my mother who was a senior citizen. Hosts like them are a shame to the hospitality industry and should not be listed on global platform such as booking.com.

The location is perfect and the staff is very friendly.

The bed is not comfortable, it was quite cold and very humid despite having blankets. The pillow was very uncomfortable and old. The quality-price ratio seems very expensive to me.
