Gaurav was very helpful, the room was nice and the place is near of the ghat. Also, they have a wonderful terrace.

The location is perfect for the Ghats. Our host Gaurav couldn't be more helpful.....a really nice guy. Nice spacious rooms with ac and hot shower. We got here late and tired so Gaurav made us a very welcome coffee and made sure we were comfortable.🙂 It's a family run home with good security, excellent for single travellers.

No water to drink provided in room No soap provided,no morning tea even. When i asked for this, reply we don't provide that.

Mother hostel is a very central place in Varanasi center and you can reach the best spots from there. Rooms are good and peaceful. The hosts Gaurav and Ruby are friendly and welcoming. I recommend this place and would like to come back my next time in Varanasi.

The owner of the property is very nice and very helpful if you need to get any information. The room size was big enough for three people. Owner and his father are very pleasant people.

This property is comparable to a 1 or 2 star lodge. Room size was okay but the beds are very basic. Washroom was not good at all. Horrible toilet seat. There is hardly any leg room in the front of the toilet seat, your knees will hit the wall when sitting straight. No mirror, No amenities, no toiletries were provided. We even had to ask for hand washing soap and for toilet paper. And when asked, we were given very tiny soaps. Its not worth the price. Better to book a hotel instead. The location is also not very convenient. Lot of walking after the taxi drops you up to a certain point.

Gaurav is a great host, we felt like home. He went out of the way to meet us at night. Our room was on the top floor, so we could also use the terrace near it. The beds are comfortable to my taste, everything was very clean, no insects inside. The bedsheets are clean as well. The hosts cooked a very nice breakfast and were very warm and welcoming. Special thanks for the Christmas party and the treat!

Hot water run out very quickly in the morning. Otherwise no complains.

The location is really good, this property is very near to the ghats, just 2 minutes of walking distance. To reach this place, get to the Dashashwamedh ghat and from the ghat just 2 minutes walk to munshi ghat and take the stairs next to BrijRama Palace hotel. You'll reach the property. The owner of the property Gaurav is really helpful and even provided us with early checkin. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities. I would recommend this property to anyone coming to varanasi, even people from various countries prefer this place. The location is near to the prime tourist places.

Switch for geyser was in another room, had to daily tell to have hot water. The bathroom was little small for my taste. Rest everything was good.
