Aark House

Super cozy house ! :3

It's an excellent place with good value for money. One of the hosts I met is super kind :)

It was located in a quiet part of the city but was also near enough to the city center if you wanted to go out, and the buses that were heading toward the beach were only a 10-minute walk down the street.

The shower was finicky and it was difficult to attach to the wall. Also, the waste bin in the bathroom should probably be a bit bigger to accommodate the many people sharing the bathroom; it was often overfilled within a few hours after being emptied.

The hospitality and space were lovely. The location is great, especially if you're coming in by train. I spent my trip in the downtown area, and everything I wanted to do was in walking distance. There was also a space to leave your bag if you come to town early before check-in, which I would take advantage of if I stayed again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Aark House! Facilities were very clean. The owner was lovely and gave us great recommendations 😊

Great location, I walked to all the places I wanted to go to. It's in a Central location. It's close to Gangneung KTX station, 15 minutes walk. Host is very welcoming and very helpful. The place is full of supplies, from toothpaste to sunscreen. I will definitely recommend to other people. I will book again. Felt safe as a female solo traveler .
