Staff that wake up and call a taxi at 5.10

Bathroom door almost brocken No entire wall for the bathroom (thanks for the smell and noise in the dorm where some sinon WC !?!) Difficult to find (No sign of the hostel, no building number on Booking adress ) Some Staff that doesnt speak basic english

The place was just fine, it could use a little TLC to adjust doors, etc. The rooms are a little small and could use a better locker set up. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You can’t beat the price it was fairly close to the historic section.

They could use curtains around the beds in the dorms.

The location was okay. 15 minute walk to a nice supermarket, 15 minute walk to the historic downtown, 25 minute walk from the bus station. Nights were quiet, didn’t hear any city noise.

The pictures make this place look clean and bright, but this place is grungy. - there is no sign at the entrance of the hostel. I had to wander back and forth a while until I knocked on a door hoping it was the correct place. - the dorm bathroom door doesn’t lock, and the door springs open so it doesn’t even close. As a woman who was staying in a dorm with stranger men, I’d appreciate a bathroom to close and lock while I’m peeing and showering. - the kitchen is tiny and dirty. It was very hard to cook if anyone else was using the kitchen, which led to a lot of waiting around for the kitchen to be empty. They do not provide lighters, so I had to find a staff to borrow one every time I wanted to cook. - the one lounge area consistently smelled like cigarette smoke and weed - the staff need some customer service training because the ones I interacted with were not friendly. When I would ask a question they would respond as if I was inconveniencing them.

Nice hostel, chill and super good empanadas! The staff is helpful, kitchen ok for small cooking and nice chill out area in the outdoor terrace. Beds were comfy and maybe 10-15min walk to center. Not very social but good place to sleep and definetly worth the price!

There were not too many kitchen equipments.

The building was nice, the room was big enough and there's a really nice shared area outside for sitting and a couch and tv (and PlayStation) you can use. Overall it was a really nice hostel, the kitchen was also good enough only maybe missing a bigger frying pan.

The only thing is that the stair to the upper bunk bed is really high and its not super easy to climb into. Doable but something to keep in your mind. Another small thing is that the volunteers (when I was there) tend to smoke quite a lot, it's outside but there was an almost constant smell of smoke and weed. They where really nice and helpful people so no complaints about them

You can do your laundry for just 1 dollar and have it back usually in about an hour.

Only one of the staff members (the Brazilian man who checked me in was really nice) the others were not competent. There was black mould all over the bottom of the shower curtain, and in the corners of the shower which filled up with water to my ankles so that was gross. Note: they have multiple different types of rooms, some nice, some not nice.
