The staff was super nice and helping, good atmosphere in common spaces and good position

There’s neither a plug or a small light near the bed, and you don’t even have space to open your backpack. The door of the toilet wasn’t working and it remained open, otherwise you have to make such a big noise to close it and that’s very annoying. There are no hooks in the bathroom and also it could be nice to find a small soap to share in the bathroom

Cheap place to stay, friendly staff, value the money, good wifi. If you look for a cheap hostel it’s definitely worth it

Bed was not comfy, no charging plot close to the upper bed, vibe in the hostel was a bit weird, never felt like a place to meet and connect to people

My room was directly next to the front desk area so it could be a bit noisy

Great value for money, very friendly staff and good location. Breakfast is good for the cost. Laundry no longer free but very cheap. Nice social vibe.

No soap in dorm bathroom and no working door between dorm and bathroom so any time the light was turned on it would wake you up. Staff weren’t particularly helpful with lost items in laundry.

Beautiful hostel, very comfy beds and a nice outside common area. It's quiet and close to the center of Cuenca. Staff was very great and welcoming, could even leave my backpack for 2 days during a short trip. Great hostel!

Great Hostel with nice beds, staff & kitchen in good location, so all you need! Definitely great price as well!
