Cheerful Hoi An Hostel

Definitely I would come back because the owner is sincerely amazing.

The owner is really friendly, she proposes to help you if you have a reservation to do. She recommends a lot of activities, spots. I liked this hostel and I recommend you ! Enjoy your trip ;-)

Such a great hostel! The owner hien is so lovely and makes it feel like a second home. Dorms are very clean and the hostels only a short walk into the town. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to any friends going to Hoi an! :)

I absolutely loved my stay at this hostel! There's a very social vibe, it's really easy to connect with people here. The rooms are clean en spacious, and the location is a bit further from the old town (20 min walk or 2 min grab ride) therefore very calm. But the most wonderful thing about this hostel is the host Hien. She's the most kind and welcoming host ever, she knows the best places in town and helps with planning and transport. Would definitely come back here if I come back to Hoi An!!

Hien is the best, most friendly host and really made our stay in Hoi An special. Lovely breakfast including fruits and we were lucky enough to participate in a “hostel family lunch” which was great at bringing people together to socialise. Room was huge and shower water was always hot. Hien’s recommendation for things to do and see in the area were always really enjoyable! Helped us also post our clothes back to the UK.

Hien (the owner) is amazing, always has recommendations and even made us all lunch one of the days. The breakfast was also great!

Amazing hostel! The owner really makes sure you feel welcomed there, provides customized information about the area depending on your tastes and interests, and overall strives to make feel like you're staying with friends and family. Breakfast is included (either eggs or pancakes), which is cool. You can arrange taxis to/from the airport or train station in Danang; the owner can also help with bus tickets. The hostel is not in the old town per se but close enough. You can bike there in 10-15 minutes ... or get a 2 dollar taxi on Grab app that will take you there in 5 minutes. The private bed I got was huge, the bed too and very comfortable.

Cash only payments, so make sure you ask how much you will owe (room + taxis, etc) so you can get the money at the atm beforehand.
