GBGreat location - the only redeeming quality
Rude and unhelpful staff - worst I’ve met in 3 months travelling South America Communal areas (bathrooms/kitchens) were filthy and small. One bathroom did not appear to be cleaned during our 3 night stay. Room was very small Overpriced
DKReally great location. Very friendly staff. Had two very differens expieriences: First room (3 nights) was really crappy: small room, bed and pillow was smelly, bed noisy/squeking, very noisy room/outside noise. Second room (3 nights): comfortable bed, nice indoor temperature, good size dorm and quiet at night.
See above of diffent rooms - one bad one good. In general a noisy place with not many relaxing places to hang out - as the outdoor Spaces was occupied by smokers. Main building quite run Down, with very small kitchen but atmosphere relaxed. The friendly staff compensates for some of the shortcomings. It was Said that this is the best hostel in Chile, so i was dissappointed; have stayed at better - also in Chile.
FRPerfect location along the lake very near the city center. Very good and friendly atmosphère, nice and cosy common spaces, easy to meet and exchange with. Perfect place to stay some days and enjoy the surroundings
AUProperty is right on the waterfront so has great views of the lake. Staff are very friendly - we stayed over Xmas and they organised a Xmas dinner!
Kitchens could do with a proper clean! There was never a towel to dry dishes. Fridges were cleaned out for Xmas but prior to that were packed with old food.

DEvery lovely place directly on the lakeside. we stayed on the treehouse which was really special and had a perfect view. i loved it. take into account that it's quite small and there is a direct neighbouring room in the treehouse with other guests. i loved the atmosphere and vibe of the hostel. the bathrooms and kitchen could have been a bit cleaner but this is everything I could criticize.

INMy stay here was incredible! The hostel offers a stunning view of the lake, paired with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready with helpful suggestions and recommendations for local activities. It's an ideal spot for travelers looking for both comfort and adventure. Highly recommend!
